New move from lawyers seeking Dilan Polat's release

Famous influencer Dilan Polat, who is accused of money laundering, has been in prison since November 5.

Polat, who is alleged to be experiencing psychological problems, suffered a nervous breakdown and harmed herself in prison following the hearing regarding the Banu Parlak incident.

NEW MOVE FROM POLAT'S LAWYERS

According to the report by Müslim Sarıyar from Halktv, Polat's lawyers took swift action upon learning that she had suffered a nervous breakdown and harmed herself. The lawyers requested her release, stating that she cannot remain in prison. Upon this, the prosecutor stated that a report must be obtained from the Forensic Medicine Institute.

A SECRET OPERATION

Dilan Polat was first examined from head to toe at a hospital and was referred to the Forensic Medicine Institute today for the final decision. Polat was brought from the Marmara Prison, where she is being held, to the Forensic Medicine Institute in Yenibosna at 10:00 AM. Polat was taken into the Forensic Medicine Institute through a different entrance rather than the one used for convicts and detainees. Instead of a prison vehicle, a smaller vehicle with tinted windows was used.

STAYED FOR 1.5 HOURS

Polat was taken directly to the area where the board members gathered. No one saw her except for the officials. The board first reviewed the hospital reports. Polat underwent a detailed examination there as well. Polat stayed at the Forensic Medicine Institute for approximately 1.5 hours. After her procedures were completed, she was taken back to prison in the same vehicle.
