New outburst from Kılıçdaroğlu, who criticized Özgür Özel! 'No one should be a partner to this crime...'

All eyes in the political agenda are turned to the meeting that will take place between AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.

The leaders, who met following Erdoğan's tea invitation to Özel at the April 23 reception, decided that the meeting would be held next week.

REACTION FROM KILIÇDAROĞLU TO ÖZEL

Following the confirmation of the meeting date between the two leaders, the 7th Chairman of the CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, published a striking message on his social media account.

Kılıçdaroğlu, who reacted to Özel with the words "One does not negotiate with the Palace, one struggles against it," used the following expressions;

“In a country where millions of our children suffer from malnutrition and educational difficulties, where millions of our young people cannot even see the sea in their own country, let alone live their youth, where millions of mothers and fathers fall into depression due to financial hardship, where millions of our retirees cannot make ends meet and feel ashamed even before their grandchildren, where millions of refugees pose a danger that will disrupt the demographic structure of our country, where the dollar is over 30 liras, where a piece of dry bread is 10 liras, and where additional buildings are rented just to stack enforcement files; one does not negotiate with the Palace that founded this order, one struggles against it..!”

"ARE WE GOING TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION JUST BECAUSE ERDOĞAN FELT LIKE IT?"

Kılıçdaroğlu broke his silence following his much-discussed post.

Speaking to Aytunç Erkin from Sözcü, Kılıçdaroğlu said, “I am speaking completely independently of the party. I am expressing my thoughts as a simple citizen. In a country where such intense problems are experienced, I listed the details in my message. For example, the constitutional amendment. What will be done in the constitution? He says, ‘I will make changes.’ Are we going to change the constitution just because Erdoğan felt like it? All the changes made were at Erdoğan's request. The country has literally faced a disaster. What part of this will he change? Which part will he change? There is only one thing he is uncomfortable with: He had sworn on his honor and integrity, I suppose he will change that.”

Stating that "We are not doing politics to solve the Palace's problems," Kılıçdaroğlu gave the following response to Aytunç Erkin's question, “There has been a move from polarization to softening after March 31. Isn't this good?”;

“The way to get out of polarization is for the nation to achieve prosperity. You will either be the interpreter of the nation or... You will voice the problems of the retiree, the worker, the civil servant, and millions of laborers; if you solve their problems, polarization will also end. All those problems will grow even more from now on. The economic decisions taken and to be taken will further increase enforcement files, and unemployment will grow much more. Look; Erdoğan is looking for a partner for himself! He is looking for a partner to share the responsibilities. He is looking for a partner, that's clear! He will take harsher decisions in the economy. Unemployment and poverty will increase, the dollar will rise. He is looking for a partner while pursuing these policies. What are we going to negotiate? Who do you represent? The CHP is the representative of the nation. We are doing politics to solve the people's problems, not to solve the Palace's problems. No one should be a partner to this crime that Erdoğan will commit. Erdoğan will take harsh measures in the economy, Mehmet Şimşek will take harsh measures. No one has the right to be a partner to the measures he takes, the measures that will devastate the nation.”
