Journalists Murat Ağırel and Timur Soykan, who were detained yesterday morning as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in the evening, had been sent to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for their arrest.
Following the hearing, journalists Murat Ağırel and Timur Soykan were released under judicial control. After his release, journalist Ağırel shared a post on his social media account.
