New role assigned to İlhan Uzgel in CHP: He did not secure a seat in the Party Assembly

İlhan Uzgel, who was not included in CHP leader Özgür Özel's key list, has been assigned a new role within the party. Uzgel has been appointed as the CHP Foreign Policy Coordinator.

The results of the elections for the Party Assembly (PM) and the High Disciplinary Board (YDK) were announced at the 21st Extraordinary Congress of the CHP. During the congress, the 60-member PM and the 15-member YDK were determined. Eight members of the 60-person PM were elected from the Science, Culture, and Arts Platform (BKSP) list.

İlhan Uzgel, who served in the previous PM but was not included in the Chairman's key list, failed to secure a seat in the PM.

Özgür Özel has appointed İlhan Uzgel as the CHP Foreign Policy Coordinator.
