New tariff for customs fees
The Ministry of Trade has revised the monetary limits in customs legislation following the determination of the 2025 revaluation rate at 25.49 percent. The updates were announced via a Customs General Communiqué published in the Official Gazette.

The irregularity penalty regulated under Article 241 of the Customs Law and Article584 of theCustoms Regulationhas beenupdated. In both regulations, the penalty amounthas been set at 1,494 TL.
OVERTIME WORKOVERTIME FEESHAVE BEEN RENEWED
Overtime workfees have also beensubject to changes. Accordingly,The overtime feefor exportoperationshas been set at 138 TL, whilefor allothertransactionsfor this fee was set at 325 TL.
SPECIAL TARIFF FOR TURKISH-PLATED TRUCKSTARIFF
Turkish-plated trucks for the overtime determined work different amounts will be applied tofees. For these vehicles,the export fee per truckwill be 325 TL, while forother transactions, it will be 510 TL.

OTHER LIMITS IN THE REGULATION HAVE ALSO INCREASED
Customs RegulationThe monetary limitscontained in Article 500of the regulation have also beenincreased. The amounts in question have been raised to a rangebetween 4.73 million TL and 47.397 million TL.The
