Night watchman kills his wife and commits suicide with his service weapon
In Ankara's Mamak district, a neighborhood night watchman committed suicide after killing his wife.

According to the information obtained, the incident occurred during the night hours at an apartment building numbered 35 on Natoyolu Street in the Mamak district.
Upon citizens hearing gunfire and reporting the incident, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The teams arriving at the scene discovered the lifeless bodies of A.N.K. and İ.Ö.K.
According to the initial investigation at the scene, it was determined that the neighborhood night watchman, İ.Ö.K., killed his wife, A.N.K., with his handgun and then committed suicide. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
