Nightclub fight spills outside: Man commits suicide by jumping from Marmaray
An intoxicated individual at the Bostancı Marmaray station committed suicide by jumping from the overpass where the turnstiles are located after getting into a fight at a nightclub.

The incident occurred around 03:00 at the Bostancı Marmaray station in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul. According to allegations, an unidentified male individual had been drinking at a nightclub and began fighting with another person.
The fight escalated quickly and spilled outside. The individual involved in the fight entered the Marmaray station located across from the nightclub and began hanging from the overpass where the turnstiles are located.
Upon notification of the incident to police teams, a large number of police and medical units were dispatched to the scene.
While police teams arriving at the scene were attempting to persuade the individual, he threw himself onto the tracks. The individual who jumped onto the tracks was seriously injured.
The individual, whose condition is critical, was taken to the Kadıköy Göztepe Prof. Dr. Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital, while police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.
