In the trial regarding allegations of irregularities at İZBETON AŞ, a subsidiary of the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, a release decision was issued for former İzmir Metropolitan Mayor Tunç Soyer and former İZBETON General Manager Heval Savaş Kaya.
