Narin Güran, who left her home in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır on August 21 and never returned, remains at the center of Turkey's attention.

Investigations are ongoing to determine who killed Narin, whose lifeless body was found in a sack by a stream 19 days after she went missing.

Within the scope of this investigation, her mother Yüksel, brother Enes, uncle Salim Güran, and the confessor Nevzat Bahtiyar were arrested.

The second hearing in the murder case of 8-year-old Narin Güran was held yesterday.

There are 12 detained defendants in the case.

During the 14-hour hearing, 3 witnesses and 3 defendants were heard. No verdict was reached following the defense statements against the prosecutor's opinion by the lawyers of the Diyarbakır Bar Association and the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
