Notable information regarding the money allegedly counted at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters. Murat Ağırel explains with documents

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had launched an investigation into the money-counting footage, which was alleged to have been filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, involving IMM Sports Club President Fatih Keleş.

Journalist Murat Ağırel also shared details regarding the matter on his social media account, along with documents.

STATEMENT FROM THE CHP

In a statement made by the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters regarding the issue, it was stated that the footage was related to the purchase of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters building in 2019, adding, "Which slander should we refute?" and stating, "The place where the security camera footage was recorded is not the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters building, but the law office of the property owner's lawyer, Gökhan Taşkapan."

1-I have reached notable information regarding the money allegedly counted at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters.

For a few days, footage of Fatih Keleş, who is alleged to be the treasurer for Ekrem İmamoğlu, counting money at the CHP Provincial Headquarters, and subsequently new footage featuring 5-6 people, had been shared.

It was alleged that the money in the footage was money paid to delegates for the CHP General Assembly and money exchanged at a currency exchange office.

2-The CHP Provincial Headquarters made a statement, stating that the location in the footage was not the CHP Provincial Headquarters but the office of the property owner's lawyer, and that the money was the down payment for the purchase of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters building, and documents related to the subject were shared.

3-Former CHP lawyer Mustafa Kemal Çiçek made a post following the developments. He stated that the amount exceeding 30 million TL was sent by the CHP Headquarters and shared some documents.

Among the documents he shared were a title deed and a sales document for an Emlak Konut property.

4-The shared document does not belong to the building that the CHP took over. It is the purchase document from Emlak Konut by the Albanian national from whom the CHP bought the building.

There is a company name there.

SEAS Besicilik.

Emlak Konut sold the place that the CHP bought to Gül İnşaat, and Gül İnşaat sold it to the company named Seas Besicilik.

5-The company was established in 2016 in the name of Umut Kişin. Later, this company was transferred to an Albanian national named Gertian Braka in February 2019. According to information in the Trade Registry Gazette dated August 19, 2019, this person became a Turkish citizen and his name became "Ali Rıza Braka".

6-This person also has other companies: Kema Gayrimenkul, Mestan Gayrimenkul, Mestan Hayvancılık, Mestan Gıda, Mestan Holding A.Ş., Saar Grup Holding, Rock İnşaat…

The founder of some of these companies is again Umut Kişin, and he transferred them to Gertian Braka again.

Gertian Braka, that is, Ali Rıza Braka, who is a Turkish citizen, most recently transferred Kema Gayrimenkul to Anduena Muca, a Canadian national residing in Albania, with a capital of 10 thousand Turkish liras.

7-In other words, the places sold to the CHP were sold by Emlak Konut to Gül İnşaat, and from Gül İnşaat to the company named SEAS Besicilik. The company then sold the place to the CHP.

However, there is a situation like this...

The Albanian national who bought the company named SEAS on paper took over the company in February 2019.

In the period until August, he bought these places from Gül İnşaat and sold them to the CHP... I don't know if he obtained Turkish citizenship with these places, but he sold the place he bought after becoming a Turkish citizen to the CHP.

8-The figure written on the CHP's title deed documents is 24 million 360 thousand Turkish Liras. This amount was deposited by the CHP Headquarters via bank transfer. However, the sale took place for an amount like 39.5 million Turkish liras.

9-The person named Ali Rıza Braka, who later became Turkish, states during the sale that he will sell the place to someone else and asks for a down payment. He also wants the down payment in cash. CHP officials, not wanting to lose the place, fulfill this.

The sale price of the building is 39.5 million TL. The amount given as a down payment is the amount not shown in the purchase and sale. What is done in all real estate purchases and sales in Turkey was done here as well. Official transactions were made based on the title deed value, not the actual purchase and sale price of the building.

10-This is the essence of the matter, but another perception was tried to be created, and the perception that was tried to be created collapsed.

The date of the 2019 video was deleted and it was shared as if it were new, and a perception that "Ekrem İmamoğlu distributed money for the CHP congress" was tried to be created.

It was first claimed that the place where the money was counted was the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters. Then it was claimed that it was a CHP MP's office. However, it was understood that none of these were true.

11-The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation. The source of the money, the purchase and sale of the workplace, and all the facts will emerge as a result of the investigation. However, will any action be taken regarding the posts aimed at openly spreading false information and setting up a conspiracy? The source of money, business, and who they do what with of the Albanian-origin person who received citizenship should also be investigated. These questions also need to find answers.

In essence, they tried to set up a conspiracy, but they botched it.
