During the heated arguments between assembly members, punches were thrown and water bottles flew through the air.
Following the tension, the meeting was briefly adjourned, and the session resumed once the situation calmed down.
The meeting concluded after the items on the agenda were discussed, and it was announced that the next meeting will be held on Monday, November 13, at 14:00.
