Official driver of Seferihisar's jailed former mayor detained
As part of a wide-ranging bribery investigation into the Seferihisar Municipality in İzmir, the official drivers of the jailed and suspended former Mayor İsmail Yetişkin and Deputy Mayor G.P. have been detained.

A new development has occurred in the bribery operation conducted by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which has caused a significant stir in public opinion.
According to the latest information obtained, the official driver of the suspended and jailed Seferihisar Mayor İsmail Yetişkin, identified as A.D., and the official driver of the jailed deputy mayor G.P., identified as M.K., were apprehended in an operation carried out by police teams after being identified as intermediaries in bribery.
It was learned that the interrogation and processing of the two detained official drivers at the police station are ongoing.
