Oktay Saral shares Erdoğan's quote and addresses him as 'My Sultan'

Oktay Saral, a member of the Presidential Local Government Policies Board, shared a photograph of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, adding the note: "My Sultan; you shall walk, and the Ummah will follow in your footsteps..."

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's chief advisor Oktay Saral has made headlines with a post on his X account.

Saral shared a photograph featuring Erdoğan's statement: "In a not-so-long process, we will have reached a defense capacity where no one, absolutely no one, will even dare to challenge us."

Saral, who captioned the post with "My Sultan; you shall walk, and the Ummah will follow in your footsteps," drew attention for addressing Erdoğan as "My Sultan."

Recently, Saral had reacted sharply to Hüseyin Çelik, one of the founders of the AKP, regarding his statements about Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

Criticizing Çelik's remarks that an operation was being conducted because İmamoğlu was a presidential candidate, and arguing that such expressions were disconnected from reality and were an attempt to create political discord, Saral had stated, "For individuals who once served in the AK Party to take a stance against the government is political immorality and ingratitude."
