"When you look at the result, the meaning of this is: to sideline İmamoğlu, to ensure Erdoğan has no rivals, and to effectively carry out a constitutional amendment," the legal expert stated, claiming that this change is being implemented in practice by the university and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
