In Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district, a driver who hit a group of people checking a broken-down ATV on the shoulder of the road with a luxury SUV fled the scene. One person died and 4 others were injured in the accident. It turned out that the driver of the vehicle was T.C., the 16-year-old son of author Eylem Tok and renowned aesthetic surgeon Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur. Mother Eylem Tok, who arrived at the scene and took her son, fled abroad to Egypt with him around 04:30 at night.

The accident occurred on Friday, March 1, around 20:00 on the Kemerburgaz road.

According to allegations, Oğuz Murat Acı (29), Tahsin Arslan (23), Süleyman Arslan (21), Hasan Topal (25), and İbrahim Gümüş (27), who set out from Sarıyer on 3 ATVs, stopped on the shoulder of the Kemerburgaz road after one of the vehicles broke down.

1 PERSON LOST THEIR LIFE

Oğuz Murat Acı, who was married and a father of one, tried to take precautions by turning on the lights of one of the ATVs.

The others were attending to the broken-down vehicle. At that moment, a luxury SUV, whose driver's name could not be learned, hit those waiting on the shoulder. Due to the impact, 5 people were thrown into the wooded area. According to allegations, the SUV driver left his own vehicle, got into another vehicle coming from behind that contained his friends, and fled the scene. Oğuz Murat Acı lost his life at the scene of the accident, and 4 people were injured.

TURNED OUT TO BE THE SON OF AN AUTHOR AND AN AESTHETIC SURGEON

While Acı, who lost his life in the accident, was laid to rest, important details emerged about the fleeing driver. In the police investigation, it was revealed that the driver who caused the accident was T.C., the 16-year-old son of author Eylem Tok and renowned aesthetic surgeon Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur.

FLED TO EGYPT WITH HER SON THE SAME NIGHT

According to the findings, author Eylem Tok, who arrived at the scene after the accident, took her son who caused the accident and smuggled him away from the scene.

After the incident, mother Eylem Tok went to Istanbul Airport and processed her and her son T.C.'s departure to board a flight to Egypt around 03:00. It was revealed that after the procedures, mother Eylem Tok and her son left the country and went to Egypt around 04:30.
