Operation against FETÖ's structure within the Air Force
In an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, detention warrants were issued for 16 suspects identified as being part of FETÖ's Air Force structure, with simultaneous operations carried out across 8 provinces.

Within the framework of investigations conducted by the Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a new operation has been launched targeting the "covert services" structure of the FETÖ/PDY armed terrorist organization within the Air Force Command.
It was learned that during the efforts, individuals were identified who had infiltrated the Air Force Command and were linked to the secret structure referred to as "covert services." It was determined that the suspects communicated secretly with the organization's covert handlers via payphones located in public businesses such as kiosks, grocery stores, and markets in various districts of Ankara.
Within the scope of the investigation, detention warrants were issued for a total of 16 individuals, including 6 "covert handlers," 5 currently on active duty (1 colonel, 1 major, 1 captain, 1 first lieutenant, 1 non-commissioned officer), and 5 who had been previously dismissed (3 colonels, 1 first lieutenant, 1 engineer).
It was reported that the operations to apprehend the suspects were carried out simultaneously in 8 provinces, centered in Ankara, starting from October 14, 2025. It was announced that the detention procedures are being carried out by teams from the Ankara Provincial Security Directorate.
