It was learned that the ISIS cell leader designed the explosives used by the organization in attacks in Syria and Iraq and also provided training on bomb-making to organization members. During the raids on two separate cell houses in Sultanbeyli, 5 ready-to-use time-delayed and remotely controllable bomb mechanisms, numerous push buttons used in suicide bomb vests, many electronic circuit components sensitive to time, light, and motion used in improvised explosive devices, as well as hidden digital materials and organizational documents were seized.
