Operation against Marka Yatırım Holding! Board Chair in custody
An operation was carried out against Marka Holding as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Five people, including the Holding's Board Chair Mine Tozlu Biçer, have been taken into custody.

As part of an investigation conducted by the Investigation Bureau for the Prevention of Financing of Terrorism and Money Laundering under the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an operation was carried out against Marka Holding. An investigation has been launched against the suspect, Holding Board Chair Mine Tozlu Biçer, and 4 other individuals believed to have acted in concert with her, on charges of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "being a member of an established criminal organization," "qualified fraud," and "laundering assets derived from crime."
Simultaneous operations were conducted in Istanbul, Adana, and Hatay in the morning as part of the investigation. During the operation, Mine Tozlu Biçer, Aynur Büyükdağ, Yusuf Duman, Hüseyin Güzeldün, and Ahmet Al were apprehended and taken into custody.
In a statement regarding the matter, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office said, "Search operations at the suspects' addresses are ongoing as part of the operation, and investigations into digital materials and assets evaluated as having been obtained by the suspects through crime are being conducted in a multi-faceted and meticulous manner."
