Operation Mahzen in 5 provinces: 3 separate organized crime groups dismantled
Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced that 3 separate organized crime groups were dismantled during the Mahzen-16 operations conducted by the Gendarmerie in 5 provinces.

In the Mahzen-16 operations conducted by the Gendarmerie in 5 provinces centered in Istanbul, Muğla, and İzmir, 3 separate organized crime groups led by Mahsun Özer (Ehli Keyif) in Istanbul, Çetin Çağlayan (Çetebeli) in Muğla, and Harun Pehlivan (Kardeşler) in İzmir were dismantled.
Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced that 63 members of the organized crime groups, including their leaders, were apprehended.
Yerlikaya reported that as a result of the operations, a large number of unlicensed pistols, 18 computers, 203 bank/credit cards, various amounts of narcotics, numerous promissory notes, sales contracts, title deed documents, phones, portable memory devices, and digital materials, as well as a significant amount of gold and Turkish Lira, were seized.
