AKP Ankara MP Osman Gökçek has responded to the claim made by CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba that he had a "600 million lira house" built.

During his speech at the 2025 Budget negotiations in Parliament, CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba claimed that the AKP's Gökçek had a "600 million lira" house built and displayed photographs of the property.

"I AM READY TO SELL"

Osman Gökçek responded to Ağbaba's allegations.

In a statement on his social media account, Gökçek used the following expressions:

"The property in question belongs to me, and I declared it in my asset disclosure when I was elected as an MP.

I am constructing a residence on land I purchased years ago, for which I obtained a permit from the Gölbaşı Municipality.

The lie machine Veli Ağbaba has claimed that the house is worth 600 million TL.

This is a complete lie. I am issuing a call to him here: I am ready to sell it to whoever brings this money tomorrow morning."
