Residents of Yozgat, protesting the arrest of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, had formed a convoy, and 10 farmers who participated in the convoy with tractors were fined 993 TL each for violating traffic safety rules. CHP leader Özel had taken responsibility for the fines issued to the farmers.
