The Ankara Regional Court of Justice 36th Civil Chamber has ruled for the precautionary removal of Özel and the party administration from their duties in the CHP convention case, and for Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration to take over the duties.
Following the decision, a call was made to party members to "come to the Headquarters." After the call, party members began to gather in front of the Headquarters building.
Subsequently, a banner of Özgür Özel was hung on the Headquarters building. Party members greeted the hanging of the banner with applause.
The crowd gathered in front of the party building chanted "President Özgür" at that moment.
