Paid military service fee announced

The Ministry of National Defense has announced the fee for paid military service for the second half of 2024 as 217,871 TL.

The Ministry of National Defense has determined the fee for paid military service. The Ministry of National Defense announced that 46,972 people applied for paid military service between June 24 and June 28, 2024. Based on these figures, the Ministry of National Defense will generate a revenue of 10 billion 233 million 838 thousand 88 TL.

The following statements were included in the announcement made by the Ministry:

"The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has published the 'Financial and Social Rights' circular, and accordingly, the paid military service amount for the second half of 2024 has become 217,871.04 (two hundred seventeen thousand eight hundred seventy-one lira and four kuruş). Paid military service application procedures have begun as of July 8, 2024. Consequently, our Turkish Armed Forces will continue to fulfill all duties entrusted to it for the defense and security of our country with great determination and resolve, just as it has done until today."
