A group of citizens, who protested against Özhaseki and Yavuz in Sakarya, chanted the slogan, "Trade with Israel is betrayal of Palestine."
In the footage recorded by citizens on their mobile phones, the crowd was seen shouting, "How nice of you to speak on a Ramadan day. Stop the trade with Israel now."

Following the incident, Minister Özhaseki and AKP's Yavuz quickly left the scene.
