Parliamentary decision on the establishment of a Bolu fire commission published in the Official Gazette
The Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) decision to establish a parliamentary research commission to investigate the fire at a hotel in Bolu Kartalkaya, identify those responsible, and determine necessary measures has been published in the Official Gazette.

With the TBMM decision published in the Official Gazette, a parliamentary research commission will be established to investigate all aspects of the fire disaster that occurred at a hotel in the Bolu Kartalkaya area, to determine the responsibilities of relevant institutions and organizations, and to identify the measures that must be taken to prevent similar incidents.
The decision was taken during the 49th session of the General Assembly on 28.01.2025, and the commission will consist of 22 members.
The election of the Chair, Deputy Chair, Spokesperson, and Secretary will take place within 3 months, and the commission will be able to conduct its work outside of Ankara.
