A dispute broke out between K.D. (62), a street vendor at a local market in the Tahtakale neighborhood of Osmangazi, Bursa, and K.İ. over a "space issue."

As the argument quickly escalated into a fight, K.İ. fired two shots at the person he was arguing with. One of the bullets struck the toe of K.D.'s shoe. It was determined that K.D. was not injured because he was wearing size 44 shoes, even though he normally wears a size 42.

Following the incident, teams from the Public Security Branch Office's Confidence Teams Bureau took action and apprehended the suspect, K.İ., in the same neighborhood approximately 3 minutes later, along with the unlicensed pistol he used in the incident. K.İ. was taken to the police station for questioning. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
