Following instructions from the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, police conducted raids last night on the homes of former Bağlar Mayor Hüseyin Beyoğlu, who is from the AKP, and his relatives.
According to a report by Halk TV, foreign currency, cash, and unlicensed firearms were seized during searches conducted at 14 homes; it was learned that no detentions took place.
It was stated that the searches were carried out based on reports prepared by civil service inspectors under the instructions of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
