AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan stated the following in his post:
"I wholeheartedly congratulate our National Men's Basketball Team, who played excellent basketball in the FIBA 2025 EuroBasket semi-final to eliminate Greece and secure their place in the final.
May God be with you in the final, and may it end in a championship."
