President Erdoğan: 'Even being mentioned alongside the Netanyahu administration is a heavy penalty'

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the TÜGVA Youth Meeting. Erdoğan stated, "The US and European states that embolden Israel have gone down in history as the patrons of those who murder women and children. It is essential that these states first review their attitudes and turn back from their mistakes. Even being mentioned alongside the Netanyahu administration is a heavy penalty. The Israeli administration, headed by Netanyahu, is a murderer, a tyrant." 

Erdoğan's speech is as follows:

"I see Turkey's most powerful youth energy. I see our hardworking children who have left their mark on our country's youth initiatives over the last 10 years. I see a movement of goodness. I see the youth of the Century of Turkey. With its dormitories, scholarships, support, and camps, the TÜGVA family is branching out in every field. Now is the time to further elevate this iron will. By being reborn every day, we will continue our Century of Turkey march without interruption. By ensuring the development of our youth at the highest level, we will leave our mark on the 2nd century of our republic. By reviving our civilization, we will realize a great leap forward together. Youth is truly a great blessing. 

"DEMONSTRATE THE WILL TO ACTIVATE THIS POTENTIAL"

Without surrendering to circumstances, we must continue the struggle in every field and on every subject. I see such a consciousness guiding your lives as more important than the diplomas of the world's most glamorous universities. Young people, I want you to definitely strengthen your personal equipment while continuing your education. A youth that spends its life only between school, home, and dormitory, stays away from activities that will develop its physical world, cannot reveal its difference in areas where it is talented, and does not care about building its character from an ethical perspective is like a loss for us. We can see the fire of that hidden gem in the eyes and hearts of each of our young people. As long as you demonstrate the will to activate this potential with your determination, effort, and endeavor.

We said, 'You have crawled face down for too long, stand up Sakarya.' Today, in every struggle we enter, we trust our youth the most. We have always found our youth by our side in all our great tests, up to our resistance against the coup plotters. I am now an elder who is a guest in your time. I am the guest, you are the host. Our expectation from you is that you prepare yourselves for the future of the Century of Turkey. 

"DOES IT BEFIT ONE TO PASS BY WITH THEIR HEAD BOWED?"

Does it befit the children of ancestors who considered being deprived of a greeting as a curse to pass by with their heads bowed?
