Following the meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump, a statement came from President Erdoğan.
In a post on his social media account, President Erdoğan stated:
"I appreciate the effort and leadership shown by US President Mr. Trump to stop the bloodshed in Gaza and ensure a ceasefire.
As Turkey, we will continue to contribute to the process for the establishment of a fair and lasting peace that the parties will accept."
