President Erdoğan meets with Mansur Yavaş: Özgür Özel reveals the content of the meeting

FIRST ASSESSMENT OF THE MEETING FROM ÖZGÜR ÖZEL

Özel stated, "(Regarding Mansur Yavaş's meeting with Erdoğan) I am aware of it. Mr. Mansur had requested an appointment for a number of investments. Mr. Mansur is very sensitive about these matters. He had told me in our last meeting that such a meeting would take place. I have no doubts about Mr. Mansur."

MANSUR YAVAŞ ALSO MADE A STATEMENT

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş also made a statement regarding his meeting with AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan via his social media account.

Yavaş used the following expressions:

We were received by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at Beştepe.

During the meeting, we presented information to the President regarding our ongoing and planned projects, primarily the metro investments that will make significant contributions to our city's transportation infrastructure.

We conveyed our gratitude for the support and contributions provided to investments for our city, as well as for his will regarding the hosting of the NATO Summit in Ankara.

We also shared our assessments regarding the work we are carrying out as the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality and the investments we plan to implement in the coming period.

I would like to thank the President for his kind reception and the close interest he has shown in our city of Ankara.
