President Erdoğan: Millions of young people will revive goodness and justice in the Century of Türkiye

Highlights from President Erdoğan's statements are as follows:

-The Night of Power (Laylat al-Qadr) is better than a thousand months. That night is full of peace until the break of dawn. We are observing such a blessed night. I wish that the Night of Power, which is better than a thousand months, will be a means of goodness for our nation, the Islamic world, and all of humanity.

-The Zionist government, which violated the ceasefire agreement reached on January 19, has increased its air strikes on Gaza in recent days. Hospitals, health facilities, and health workers, which should not be touched even in war, have been deliberately targeted by Israel. The last remaining buildings in Gaza, which is almost 80 percent in ruins, are being destroyed under heavy bombardment.

-The Israeli administration, which becomes more spoiled and more thuggish every day in the face of the silence of Western powers, is continuing its policy of genocide during Ramadan. Unfortunately, over 700 of our Palestinian brothers and sisters, mostly children and women, have been martyred in Israel's latest inhumane attacks. Hundreds of innocent people were wounded. I wish God's mercy upon all the martyrs and a speedy recovery to the wounded.

"WE WILL STAND BY OUR PALESTINIAN BROTHERS UNTIL THE END"

-I implore you not to forget our brothers and sisters in Gaza in the prayers you will make on the Night of Power. I pray that the Almighty grants us all the ability to observe this night as it deserves. I would also like to state this clearly here. Let everyone know that we will continue to stand by our Palestinian brothers and sisters until the end.

-We are increasingly feeling the effects of events occurring in different parts of the world. The common values and common heritage of humanity are decaying day by day. Organizations tasked with ensuring international security are causing humanitarian tragedies to deepen even further.

-Unfortunately, we cannot focus enough on the outside world because we are preoccupied with our own internal issues. Sometimes sectarian, sometimes tribal fanaticism drains the energy of Muslims from time to time. We cannot seem to dismantle the discord that imperialists have been constantly fueling for years. Even though we have turned to the same Qibla 5 times a day for 14 centuries, we cannot lock together like the bricks of a wall. Because we cannot attain the universal messages of brotherhood of Islam, we unfortunately become open to the operations of imperialist powers. We must put a stop to this bad trend that weakens us from within. As the Islamic world, we must embrace unity and hold fast to our brotherhood, regardless of whether we are Turkish, Kurdish, Arab, Persian, Asian, African, black or white.

-Following in the footsteps of our ancestors, who until recently brought order to the world, illuminated the earth with the light of Islam, and made compassion and mercy prevail, would be a very good start for us.

-I have no doubt that millions of young people in our civilization geography, just like you, will revive goodness and justice in the Century of Türkiye. No matter what the networks of evil do, independence is ours.
