In his post, Erdoğan stated the following:
"I congratulate the anniversary of the granting of the title of 'Marshal and Veteran' to the founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal, and Veterans Day. I express my gratitude to all our heroes who made the lands we live on our homeland and who made many sacrifices for the sake of our independence."
