Prof. Dr. Övgün Ahmet Ercan suffers a brain hemorrhage! What is his current health status?

Prof. Dr. Övgün Ahmet Ercan was taken to the hospital in Bosnia and Herzegovina after complaining of back pain. Following medical examinations, it was determined that he had suffered a brain hemorrhage and a stroke.

Ercan made a statement regarding his health status. Stating that he is currently under observation in Sarajevo, Ercan said he is feeling well.

"I SURVIVED A BRAIN HEMORRHAGE AND A STROKE"

In a statement on his social media account, Ercan expressed that he is resting under medical supervision in Sarajevo.

Prof. Dr. Ercan's statement is as follows:

"I was taken by ambulance to the emergency department of a Sarajevo hospital with back pain extending from my neck to my waist along my spine, and blood pressure readings of 22/12. A stent had been placed in my heart 10 days ago. With 3 hours of medical intervention, my blood pressure was lowered to 13/7.5. I survived a brain hemorrhage and a stroke. I am now resting under observation in Sarajevo. I would like to thank the cardiologist and my friends and relatives who showed interest."
