The management of the Yeşil Vadi Konakları residential complex, located in Istanbul's Ümraniye district, has protested against AKP Mayor İsmet Yıldırım.

Stating that the site's security wall was demolished under municipal instructions for the benefit of a restaurant business, the site management hung a giant banner between the buildings.

"MAY GOD CURSE US"

Recalling that the site management had supported Yıldırım during the March 31 election process, the management expressed their reaction on the giant banner they hung between the buildings, writing: "İsmet Yıldırım, you tore down the site security wall for an illegal restaurant! We had hung your poster and even voted for you. May God curse us."
