The 2022 financial audits of the Workers' Own Party (İşçinin Kendi Partisi), As Party, Doğuş Party, Development and Democracy Party (Gelişim ve Demokrasi Partisi), Love and Respect Party (Sevgi ve Saygı Partisi), Liberal Party, Beautiful Party (Güzel Parti), Anatolian Union Party (Anadolu Birliği Partisi), Turan Movement Party (Turan Hareketi Partisi), and Tuğra Party have been completed.
The High Court stated that for these parties, regarding their 2022 final accounts, it was impossible to establish an accountable record and documentation system for the Constitutional Court based on the available information and documents, and that conducting income and expenditures outside of the accounts constituted actions aimed at obstructing examination and investigation; therefore, the audit of the headquarters' accounts could not be carried out.
The Constitutional Court unanimously decided to file a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for legal action to be taken against the party officials in accordance with the Law on Political Parties No. 2820.
The decision was published in the Official Gazette.
