Published in the Official Gazette: New appointment and dismissal decisions from Erdoğan!

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed the decisions, which were published in accordance with articles 2, 3, and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3. Accordingly, Cihan Yıldız was appointed as Head of the Inspection Board of the Ministry of Justice, Mehmet Yılmaz as General Director of Criminal Affairs, Hakan Öztatar as General Director of Legal Affairs, Mehmet Ökmen as General Director of Legislation, Enis Yavuz Yıldırım as General Director of Prisons and Detention Houses, Günay Albayrak as General Director of Judicial Records and Statistics, Ömer Serdar Atabey as General Director of Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs, Turan Kuloğlu as General Director of Personnel, Serdar Ateş as General Director of Legal Services, Servet Gül as General Director of Information Technology, and Tahir Hırslı as Head of Strategy Development.

Furthermore, under the same decree, Hacı Ali Açıkgül, Head of the Human Rights Department, and Yusuf Arapoğlu, Head of the Enforcement Affairs Department, were dismissed from their positions, while Abdullah Aydın was appointed as Head of the Human Rights Department and Hasan Özçelik as Head of the Enforcement Affairs Department.
