Published in the Official Gazette: Number of parliamentary seats for 6 cities changed
The Supreme Election Council has announced the new number of parliamentary seats for each province. The number of seats for Ankara, Muğla, Şanlıurfa, Erzurum, Yozgat, and Bayburt has changed. The number of seats for Ankara, Muğla, and Şanlıurfa has increased.

The decision by the Supreme Election Council (YSK), which determines the new number of parliamentary seats for each province based on population data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) as of December 31, 2024, has been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the published decision, the number of parliamentary seats for Ankara has increased from 36 to 37, for Muğla from 7 to 8, and for Şanlıurfa from 14 to 15.
The number of parliamentary seats for Erzurum has decreased from 6 to 5, for Yozgat from 4 to 3, and for Bayburt from 2 to 1.
The new parliamentary seat counts for the provinces were included in today's issue of the Official Gazette.
