Questioning of Haluk Levent in custody has begun

The questioning of artist Haluk Levent, who is in custody as part of a corruption investigation into the Ahbap Association, has begun.

It was reported that Levent is providing his statement at the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Investigation Branch regarding the allegations against him. It was stated that a total of 37 people, including Levent, are in custody as part of the investigation.

It was reported that 23 suspects were initially taken into custody in the case, and 14 more people were detained in a new operation conducted today. It was also alleged that 4 companies were seized as part of the new operation.

It is being closely watched how Haluk Levent, who has been held at the Istanbul Police Department since Sunday, will respond to the allegations in the investigation file.
