According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northeastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the coastal areas of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the surroundings of Ordu, Artvin, and Ardahan, and the eastern districts of Samsun, while other areas are expected to be partly to mostly clear. 

The precipitation, which is expected to be heavy in the vicinity of Rize and Artvin, is forecast to be generally in the form of rain and showers, and sleet and snow in the interior parts of Rize and Artvin and the surroundings of Ardahan. Localized mist and fog are expected in the interior and eastern parts during the morning and night hours.
