A new activity has been added to those carried out under the 'I Am Sensitive to My Environment, I Protect My Values' (ÇEDES) project conducted by the Ministry of National Education (MEB).
It was learned that a chart titled 'Ramadan good deed meter' was distributed to students at the Şehit Hurşit Uzel Imam Hatip Middle School in the Kırıkhan district of Hatay.
According to images shared on social media, the chart given to students listed the days and included sections where they could mark acts of worship such as, "I performed prayer, I read the Quran, I recited salawat, I prayed, I gave alms." These images, which exploit religion, sparked major backlash.
