Recep Tayyip Erdoğan targets the opposition in Rize: 'To those who ask artificial intelligence...'

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements at the Rize rally.

Highlights from Erdoğan's speech are as follows:

"There is both rain and my fellow citizens here. I am very pleased to be reunited with you.

Some do not understand our love for all 81 of our provinces, including Rize. For exactly 22 years, I have walked this path with my fellow citizens from Rize. We fought together against centers of evil. They directly targeted our future with the bloody coup attempt on July 15. They tried to establish a 'terroristan' right to our south. They tried to ruin our economy. We thwarted all of these together with you.

EXPECTATION OF A RECORD

We did not allow them to hold Turkey captive. The hero of the success story Turkey has written in the last 21 years is every single member of our 85 million. You have always stood by this brother of yours and supported us. We have worked sincerely for you and for all of Turkey. You trusted and believed in us. We have fulfilled our debt to the nation by producing more works and services for you. May our March 31 victory be auspicious in advance. I expect a record from Rize again.

They condemned our country, which should be playing in the Champions League in every field, to the second league for years. The late Menderes paid for his service to the country and the nation with his life. They never left the late Özal alone. Thank God, we were the ones who saved our country from this predicament. The terrorists could not cope with us. We buried them in Gabar. Cross-border operations continue.

Following the TCG Anadolu, we delivered our second largest ship, the TCG Derya, to our navy last month. We built it ourselves. Hopefully, we will send our second astronaut into space in the near future. We were determined, we made an effort, we worked, and we succeeded. We have started to reap the fruits of the projects for which we sowed the seeds 10 or 20 years ago. We will overcome the difficulties that hurt us, especially the high cost of living and inflation. We are the ones who will solve today's problems.

Turkey's greatest misfortune is having a visionless and incompetent opposition. Everyone who has come to the CHP has made people miss the previous one. The newcomer makes people miss the one who left. Mr. Kemal was going to be the 13th President, but suddenly he became an unwanted man. They all scattered; where is this 'Table of Six' now? Is there anyone left from the Table of Six in parliament? They all left and scattered. Each of them has an office in Ankara; enjoy using them.

LOCAL ELECTION MESSAGE

It is our duty to reach out to our citizens from all walks of life and listen to them. There are 43 days left. Are we going to the ballot boxes?

There is no stopping for 43 days. We will prevent our CHP-supporting citizens from losing hope in the political institution. We will explain what we have done and seek the votes of these brothers and sisters as well. You are never without an alternative. If your expectation from politics is to see services and works, you do not need to look far.

CRITICISM OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

As the AK Party and the People's Alliance, we are here. Are we ready to teach a proper lesson in this election to those who ask artificial intelligence instead of the nation as a mayor, to those who impose things on you for the sake of their own power, to those who are 'DEM-ed' (in alliance) with the extensions of the separatist organization, and to those who engage in politics despite you?

We are expecting a very different picture across all of Turkey on March 31. We have only one goal. That is to serve our country and our cities. With your support, we will continue our investment journey."
