It was noted that performance-enhancing and preventive oversight mechanisms will be developed to ensure that judicial processes can be completed more quickly and efficiently.

According to a report by the pro-government Türkiye Gazetesi, within the scope of the new steps to be taken, units capable of real-time monitoring and rapid intervention in identified problems will be integrated into inspection boards. Additionally, examples of successful practices will be included in inspection reports.

The required professional seniority period for inspectors to be appointed to inspection processes will be increased. Inspectors will be provided with continuous training in specialized fields while in office. Furthermore, the oversight powers of public prosecutors over justice departments and treasury accounts will be strengthened. Oversight bureaus will be established in high criminal courts to make monitoring operations in this area more effective.
