According to Sözcü's report, while up to 106 years in prison is being sought for R.U., who is married and a mother of two, a criminal complaint has been filed against the school principal, Ö.Ö., on the grounds of tampering with evidence and pressuring teachers.

R.U. began following two 13-year-old male students, whose classes she taught, on social media.

SENT HARASSING MESSAGES TO HER STUDENT

Allegedly, R.U. began following two 13-year-old male students, whose classes she taught, on social media.

First, she sent a message to one of her 13-year-old students saying, "someone walked past me quickly today, there was no hello or goodbye." Later, R.U. continued to send her student photos of herself at different times and messages containing harassment such as "my baby, my love, my darling, I love you so much, let's sleep together."

HARASSED HER STUDENT INSIDE THE VEHICLE

It was stated that R.U. took her student to the indoor parking area of a shopping mall and the vicinity of the Selçuklu Observation Hill in her own vehicle many times at different times and harassed him inside the vehicle. It was also determined that R.U. sent a message to her student saying, "My uterus is half-sized, it's half of what normal women have, so think of it that way, that's why it's a bit tight, they don't move at all."

IT WAS REVEALED THAT SHE ALSO HARASSED ANOTHER STUDENT

R.U., whose relationship with her student deteriorated for an unknown reason, began communicating with another student studying at the same school. It was revealed that she also sent messages, videos, and photos containing harassment to this student at different times. R.U. also sent this student messages containing harassment many times at different times such as "my love, my darling, my dear, my one and only, my honey. I cannot control my hormones. I want you so much."

It was alleged that R.U. also harassed this student many times in the indoor parking area of the shopping mall.

PARENTS FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The parents of the students filed a criminal complaint with the police after seeing the messages on their children's phones. Following the taking of the children's statements at the Child Branch Bureau, the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation. In addition, the children submitted the messages and photos that teacher R.U. sent them to the prosecutor's office on a CD.

DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS

R.U. denied the allegations in her statement to the prosecutor's office. Stating that the photos on the CD submitted to the prosecutor's office by the children belonged to her but that she did not send messages containing harassment to the students and did not touch the children, it was determined as a result of the examinations made by the prosecutor's office on the children's phones that R.U. herself had sent the messages.

Teacher R.U., who is married and a mother of two, resigned from her teaching profession following the investigation launched against her.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

It was alleged that school principal Ö.Ö. took the children's phones and deleted the messages after the events occurred.

The parents also filed a criminal complaint against school principal Ö.Ö. on the grounds of failure to report a crime, tampering with evidence, and applying pressure and mobbing to teachers.

106 YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT REQUESTED BUT RELEASED

Lawyer Cahit Cem Taşpınar stated that the prosecutor's office prepared the indictment and submitted it to the Konya High Criminal Court.
