The Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigation conducted into Dilan Polat.
According to the report by Halil Sadri Yılmaz from HaberTürk, it was requested that Dilan Polat be sentenced to up to 27 years in prison for the crimes of establishing an organization, laundering assets derived from crime within the organizational structure, and illegal betting.

On November 1, 2023, 24 suspects, including Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat, were detained in operations carried out in six provinces centered in Istanbul.
On November 5, 2023, 16 people, including Dilan Polat, Engin Polat, and Sıla Doğu, were arrested, and it was decided to appoint trustees to 27 companies.
