AKP Provincial Chair Hakan Özer announced that he has resigned from his post. Stating that despite leaving his post, he will continue to serve the country, the nation, and the party as a soldier of the AKP, Özer expressed that the change in duty was taken entirely of his own volition. Özer had been appointed to the provincial chairmanship approximately 9 months ago.
