Response from expelled Cübbeli Ahmet to the İsmailağa Community!
Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, known to the public as Cübbeli Ahmet, responded to the İsmailağa Community that expelled him, stating, "The order is not Hasan Efendi's order for him to expel me. Just as Hasan Efendi is a disciple of Mahmud Efendi, I am also a disciple of Mahmud Efendi; how can a disciple expel another disciple?"

İsmailağa Community leader Mahmut Osmanoğlu's death has been followed by an ongoing dispute within the community over the 'succession'.
The tension between Hasan Kılıç, who took over the leadership of the community after Osmanoğlu, and Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, known to the public as Cübbeli Ahmet, has escalated to the point of expulsion.
The İsmailağa Community announced in a statement on its social media account yesterday that Cübbeli Ahmet had been expelled from the community on the grounds that he was causing division within the community and disclosing the inner affairs of the order to the public.
Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü's response to the İsmailağa Community's expulsion decision was not long in coming.
"HOW CAN HE EXPEL ME?"
Sharing a video lasting approximately 4 hours on his social media account, Cübbeli Ahmet challenged the statement in the İsmailağa Community's announcement that "Our Sheikh Hasan Efendi has rejected Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca."
Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca stated, "The order is not Hasan Efendi's order for him to expel me. Just as Hasan Efendi is a disciple of Mahmud Efendi, I am also a disciple of Mahmud Efendi; how can a disciple expel another disciple? Furthermore, the video has been edited."

WHAT HAPPENED?
After Mahmut Ustaosmanoğlu died, Cübbeli Ahmet, who claimed that he had the 'right to sit on the throne' in the İsmailağa community, had published a video 5 days ago and given the community elders until Wednesday evening.
However, before the deadline had even passed, the İsmailağa community announced that it had severed all ties with Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca.
