The following statements were included in a post shared on the Revolution Party's social media account:
The absolute nullity decision taken by the AKP judiciary regarding the CHP Congress held two and a half years ago clearly amounts to a judicial coup. This decision, which was taken by disregarding the formal requirements and statute of limitations specified in the legal regulations regarding political party congresses, is one of the moves by the counter-revolutionary government to eliminate the right to vote and be elected and to narrow the political sphere. The AKP, which is losing political power and losing its ability to persuade society with each passing day, is trying to remain in power by personally managing the main opposition party through its dominance in state institutions. This decision, which is an expression of the dream of taking the people captive by seizing rival parties through a guided judiciary, is not based on a legal ground and is also politically illegitimate.
The role assumed by insiders who have taken responsibility at every level in the relevant party for many years and who have been presented to the public as a "hope" in the operation aimed at seizing the main opposition party through a judicial coup is striking. The timing of the video released by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was appointed as a trustee to the head of the CHP by the ruling bloc with the illegitimate "absolute nullity" decision, is proof that the clique led by Kılıçdaroğlu is clearly working together with the AKP. The forces that serve to keep the people's anger against the AKP and its counter-revolution within the system have betrayed the people's hopes of getting rid of the AKP for many years, and this reality has been laid bare today.
The judicial coup is an indication that the AKP no longer has any hope of convincing the public. The sole support of the AKP government is the patronage of the imperialist centers and international monopolies it serves. This people will definitely get rid of the AKP. Salvation will be the work of the people's all-out struggle against the forces that keep the AKP in power.
