Rıdvan Gündoğdu re-elected as Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation
Court of Cassation member Rıdvan Gündoğdu has been re-elected as the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation.

The decision on the appointment to the office of Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation, signed by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, Court of Cassation member Gündoğdu was elected as the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation from among the candidates presented by the Grand General Assembly of the Court of Cassation, in accordance with Article 154 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Articles 30 and 32 of the Court of Cassation Law No. 2797.
