Rıfat Serdaroğlu recalls bribery allegations against Fuat Oktay and Süleyman Soylu: Why are you silent?

Serdaroğlu stated that these allegations have caused serious repercussions in the public eye and called on Oktay and Soylu to hold a joint press conference to inform the public.  

The allegations in question were raised by Halil Falyalı's former finance manager, Cemil Önal. 

In an interview with journalist Ayşemden Akın, Önal claimed that Falyalı paid 20 million dollars to Süleyman Soylu to have cases closed, and a total of 50 million dollars in bribes to Fuat Oktay. 

These allegations found wide resonance in the public and were covered by various media outlets.

Especially on social media, many clips from the interview were shared.

As is known, in the past, organized crime leader Sedat Peker had also explained that Halil Falyalı secretly recorded important figures to secure himself.

SÜLEYMAN SOYLU'S RESPONSE

Former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu responded to Cemil Önal's allegations via his social media account. Describing these allegations as "slander and defamation," Soylu stated, "You cannot splash your rottenness and corruption onto us with mud of slander. We did not find our honor on the street."    

NO STATEMENT YET FROM FUAT OKTAY

Former Vice President Fuat Oktay, on the other hand, has not yet made a statement regarding the 50 million dollar bribery allegation raised against him by Cemil Önal. The public is curiously waiting to see how Oktay will respond to these allegations.

RIFAT SERDAROĞLU'S CALL

In his social media post, Rıfat Serdaroğlu invited Oktay and Soylu to inform the public with the words, "Are these things being said slander or truth? Why are you silent? Hold a joint press conference and explain. As long as you remain silent, these men will keep talking! Come on, have some courage! Explain..."
